I assumed that since Bro came in to ask people to stop thread-crapping that it implies he is at the very least ok with what is going on here? If he intended to blacklist him over this sale then interjecting to tell people to lay off seems odd, and obviously creates confusion where there was none before. Can't make one set of rules for your buddies and another set for the rest of the plebs who shell out their hard-earned money on these caps.

Exactly my point. I don't have the best memory but this incident stands out. The only difference is that Pacifist wasn't liked in this community the way Glissant is...

I want to clarify, this is not a condemnation of what Glissant is doing, I can't emphasize enough how few ****s I give. My concern is with what appears to be a lack of consistency with Bro applying his own rules.

I don't see anything in Bro's faq about acceptable rates for flipping his work, but that's just me. Over retail is over retail. Bro doesn't owe us anything, but if he wants to contain the secondary market (which he has done admirably to date) he can't pick and choose who these rules apply to.

I think that from here on, any future talks about this sale that isn't pertaining to a person buying his caps should just be handled through PM as I myself had to deal with something similar to this yesterday on my WTB> HHKB pro 2 thread.

Lets not make this any more difficult for Glissant and it really is up to Gliss in the end if he wants to sell them at a high price since he isn't really forcing anyone's hand into buying his caps leaving it completely up to the buyer if they are willing to shell out their cash.

If you want to give someone crap for their prices, please take it to PM. Kindly mentioning price inconsistencies is acceptable, and has been taken care of more than enough in this thread.

To make it a little clearer; I know the rules, and I told Bro Caps what I was going to do. I am sacrificing my access to brobots in the future for the need that I am in at the moment. Bro Caps has not said this, but if you know how to read you will realize that I am selling caps I got directly from him for a profit, which will get you banned from his sales.
It's my choice. I really hoped I wouldn't have to do it, but this is where I am at the moment.

yeah, that was for the first contest that was held shortly after it was announced that they are no longer planning sell swapstyle back covers due to production issues. i think there were about 500 pieces given away out of like 45k who entered the drawing.
