Probably such basic stuff to you guys but these purchases were influenced by this forum so here they are:

Frostyflake, Grifiti TKL, and and Allsop. My wrists have never felt better.
What is Frostyflake? Btw color on your keyboard!

I stay busy with work and family these days, but I'm still around, lurking.

At last I own a mechanical keyboard! I am mostly just enjoying the new feel.

Welcome to Geekhack!

What switches did you get?

And the space bar tends to shine very well, so some people keep a replacement or two on hand.  Alternative you can get some matt sticky tape and stick it across the space bar.  If pressed down properly you can hardly see it - and no shine at all!

Cherry brown. I'm loving this responsiveness. I have designs on making a resin spacebar as a fun-project. As soon as the students take off for spring break... I think the alternative involves buying a whole set of keys from Taobao?

Is this the Topre or the MX version? Should be the MX version based on the 1u windows key, am I right?

Yup. It's the MX. If I wanted to go the Topre route for my first keyboard I think I would have gone with HHKB. I needed blank keys out of the box, on a small board with some future flexibility. I still need a keyboard for work and one for my husband's PC. So, I have a few more chances to get it right  ^-^

Thanks, guys!  I was really lucky to get these.

They are all so beautiful.  Jack is amazing with really vibrant colors.  One of the others is a Topre in a really pretty teal slushy color.  I think this might be similar to the "aqua translucent" that some people have posted before?  Another is an Oktoberfest clear blank that I have not seen before.  I will take and share better pictures when I have some time.

The teal one is in Topre and doesn't glow.  Dustin told me earlier that Noct was apparently only in MX.  He had a Topre one in a color that looked like this, and his didn't glow either.  I think these Topre ones might be quite a bit older?

If you dont mind me asking, how much did it all cost? Between the oktoberfest blank, the lantern, and the noct, that must be a pretty penny

Above retail type prices, but not by very much.  I was in shock when these were offered to me.  I'm very grateful!
