The difference is that the MJ1 uses a one-sided PCB whereas the MJ2 uses a 2-sided PCB, resulting in a slightly different feel. It's not too noticeable, so just go for whichever one you can get!

Does it really necessary to have 2 PCB?? . I mean what does it do. :S

Having a 2-sided PCB makes no difference in 'feel', especially when it's plate mounted. It's just the design of the PCB to allow more circuit leads, typically for more complex controllers and other on-board devices.

One-sided PCB also makes life easier for soldering/desoldering.

Diatec's website shows identical PCBs between the Ninja and Majestouch 2.

The Ninjas are only MJ2. You can get ninja keycaps for the MJ1 if that's what you want though.

I just remembered this question being asked (regarding Ninja models) :) didn't have time to go find the proof, sorry :).
