My white on black set isn't brand new, but I do have 1.5 control and alt white on black doubleshots which are quite a lot harder to find. It took me a long time to find those but I'm not using them... not sure if I will really as I only have 1 board that uses 1.5 and I have my RGB dyesubs set on there. I also have a few black on white sets, but they are all ISO, GB and DE layouts. I also have a set of grey on white but they are incomplete and pretty shiny.

Are there actually brand new cherry double shots? Im not talking about the ones in round 4 round 3 or for that matter but the originals from the cherry boards or at least are 99% similar to those, always had this question in my head lol. I know that i have a used set that i scratched off a board i got from taobao but yeah, are there actually any new cherry doubleshots in the market?

Sure, it's still possible to find new old stock from before 2010 when Cherry ceased production. I have picked up a few new, but they are now used of course.

There are NIB 'vintage' doubleshots around but Cherry does not produce doubleshot keys any more unfortunately.

The catch is.. G81-1800HQU or G81-1800HQAUS are not easy to find.

I saw one several months ago on ebay that went for around $30.

No they are not as common as other models, but having information to look for something is always helpful. I know you want doubleshots, but there were some 1800LQU models on taobao for cheap last week. First time I ever saw POM 1.5 modifiers actually.

Another material Cherry uses, so there's ABS, PBT and POM
