I really think the white one looks better than the black one.

Anyone know why webwit hates it?

This one has low-profile switches that are not scissor switches, right? How stable are the keys then?

Well, I'm typing on one right now (iMav's checks out perfectly).  It's pretty balky at the top of the stroke.

I prefer the DealExtreme as a HHKB killer since the Trackpoint 2 is not sensitive enough even with mouse sensitivity at MAXIMUM.  But that's on a 1900x1200 screen so for portable use it would be nice.

One problem as a laptop keyboard - the cord weighs as much as the keyboard.

The problem with me would be that my laptop has a 1920x1200 screen. I've never really liked those trackpoints, so I wouldn't be using it anyway.

Say, Ripster, those M4 pictures look rather familiar...

I might have to steal that picture back for the IBM wiki.

I haven't seen any distinction made between the M4 and the M4-1 on that site.  And no BRS reference!

Amateurs.

A lot of the information on the M4-1 is misleading or wrong. The IBM Wiki's M4 section is far more useful.
