If you are ok with the media keys on a 2nd layer of the function keys then yes. There is Filco Camo 104 if you can find it in reds which can be difficult and don't mind it's appearance, and Ducky 9008. Again if you don't mind it's appearance Keycool does make a 104 keyboard that has media on 2nd layer of function key. There are probably some others as well, maybe some others will add to your list of possibilities.
If you need dedicated keys it becomes difficult as you need to step into some light modding with something like the Cherry G80-8113 or similar which has some extra keys that are programmable that you could assign to such functions. They don't come in reds but do come in browns and changing the stems with some black ones (to make 'ghetto' reds) is pretty easy and shouldn't be too hard to get on the cheap.

There's full cherry MX red with ten-key and autohotkey, which will let you use some keys as media keys.

Keep in mind that (at least on mine) the G80-8113, some of the programmable keys don't work right. For example, none of the browser command ones did what I wanted. Nevertheless, the volume one are great.

The Corsair K60 seems to fit the bill, the only problem is the F keys and cluster above the arrow keys are domes IIRC

Hmn, I had no problem programming 8113 extra top row that I had with the back, play/pause, stop, forward, volume up, down, mute, and a few odd macros when I had a play around. Well they seemed to work correctly when I tried them out using itunes anyway.

I don't want to deal with programming my own keys, I tried a with a few diff methods on my Leopold with limited success depending on the application, within game, focused on window, etc

Dedicated, independent media keys are what I'm really looking for

ugh.. these verifications for every post are retarded
