I am not going to get into any lengthy debates here.  I posted "or best offer" and had multiple offers come in almost instantly.

4) Method of Sale: We will not regulate method of sale. Instead, we encourage members to "vote with your dollars". If you don't like the method that a user is using to tell his or her item, don't buy it! Ignore it, and let the thread sink.

And lastly,

just let the guy to sell its stuff at whatever price he wants. Is up to you guys to buy or not that simple. As long as GH policy does not says that this is forbidden
