Sorry for interrupting your sales. I didn't want to see someone overpaying and feeling cheated afterwards.
I think that goes for everything. Try hunting down stuff on Ebay and see how high the prices are there. I know I spend quite a lot on
keyboard stuff but it never concerns me at all.
The person selling gets a real decent price for his item(s) and everything is alright. How would you like being forced to sell a valuable keyboard for $20.00 when you know you can get well over $250 elsewhere. Not a nice feeling is it. ......... It's far better to do a deal were the seller doesn't feel ripped off and is happy to deal with you, it's how we aussie's do things. Not all of us are after a deal to undercut someone else, there's too much of it happening everywhere else in our lives, all over the world.
Besides the stuff I buy from here is better quality than what's on Ebay, plus the people here are quite nice to deal with. I am glad that some will even sell to us because there is a lot of ConUS ONLY sales, which cuts us out altogether. It makes us feel like our money isn't good enough or something. I mean, besides the shipping cost which I am always happy to pay, there is no taxes/GST charges on any product coming into Australia as long as it's price is below $1000.00AUS and I can not understand why there is such apprehension when it comes to shipping anything to us. Sure the customs form needs to be filled out, I do that everyday when shipping stuff to Germany, Brazil, Great Britain and Japan, now that's a real headache to deal with. But I don't mind because I do that all the time.
Remember we are only trading with keyboards and gear related to that. There are no toxic chemicals involved or any illegal activity associated with it. That is what Customs only wants (needs) to know.
