Just wondering. I don't know a single one. All TKL's are plate mounted, or not?

You don't see many PCB mounted boards in TKL form is because the PCB is large enough to show a decent amount of flex if there not standoffs everywhere. If you really don't like the plate, you can desolder all the switches and take off the plate.

I thought I saw something about a new fullsize that didn't have a plate, but I think it was a plastic plate instead of metal.  You will find PCB mounted switches in the Pokers and KBT Pure.  For larger form factors they are most often found in Cherry (and other OEM's) SPOS boards.  The nice SPOS boards, however, are usually reinforced with a metal slab on the bottom.  So, not plate mounted, but still a substantial board.
Keyboards:
Filco 104 MX Brown (Otaku) - FKBN104M/NPEK 黒い空
Ducky TKL MX Brown/Blue 80% (White) - 1087-F 白の空
KBC Poker MX Red with PBT Key Caps - PFCN6000
