From what I have read these are essentially the Sennheiser HD 595 with a really nice mic attached to them.

Asking is $200 (Includes shipping)

That's a good ass deal considering they were $240 new a little over a year ago. OP is correct that they are 555/595 drivers with boom mic that mutes when you flip them up. They are circumaural open ear design.

Love mine. Use them for Xbox with my astro mixamp and bring to work for lync calls all day.

These are frequently on ebay and Amazon for $150 or so.

I have these as well as the PC350s and prefer the 350s since they are closed design and isolate you more.
