Whatever come up to my mind -> "I'm typing on this new keyboard, it is black and looks nice, not sure if I like the switches, also the keycaps feel kinds chalky"
Also I like to do keyspamming, some rolling, WASD+space usage and single presses at variaring speed + fast releases to check the sound signature (PING!)

Every key at least 10 times in AquaKeyTest to make damn sure it works before actually using it.

I usually type

"This is a really great/good keyboard!"

Then I try typing it faster and faster until I believe it :)
