Any USB number pads with a *standard* layout?
« on: Fri, 30 November 2012, 17:31:30 »
I'm looking for a cheap number pad with a standard layout seeing that I might get a blue switch QuickFire Rapid. It doesn't have to be mechanical, but has to have a standard layout. All the number pads I find have like backspace, tab, esc, and more keys added, which I don't want. Just the standard layout.

Like this? Mixed reviews on this one, but it does have a standard layout.

Goldtouch GTC-0033/0077 is a very nice mechanical numpad, but they do have the extra row of 4 keys on the top for formatting. And of course the Filco.

You probably want to find a vintage one, called the Cherry G80-3700. But it's not easy to find. And it's PS/2.

I'll see, and I forgot to mention extra keys on the top is fine. Keys affecting the layout isn't.

Oh ok, then go with a Filco or Goldtouch. If you don't mind a 1-unit 0 and a 00 key.

Those seem slightly bit over my price though :\
