When you press the Send Money tab you'll get the email address + amount come up. Beneath those are Purchase and Personal tabs. Click the Personal Tab and select Gift.

in germany there is also no gift option, so i used "services" ("Dienstleistungen" in german).

Will have to charge more on international shipping, will do asap. Shipping is no longer $5, it would cost about $6.5 for a few pullers weighing less than one pound.
