Bro, I had the same impression when I first got my HHKB.  The layout is different and the function keys seemed odd.  Months in, I can tell you that it is my favorite keyboard by far.  But each person to their own.  Grats on whoever buys this!

I had this same board and regret selling it, but still probably wouldn't be using it as my primary. I got used to everything except the arrow keys.

I got rid of my HHKB2 because I preferred my realforces.

To this day I regret all the hhkb2s I've sold.  Nice pictures btw & glws (I'd buy it but I'm broke :()

If I didn't have to be in Visual Studio all day, I'd probably end up buying another HHKB and swapping to them full time. The typing experience on them is just that phenomenal.

My HHKB was my first mech/topre board and to this day I still miss it. So many for sale makes me want it again but it'd have to be white. . . and I'd have to sell a lot of my things I just got. :/ FS/FT thread probably incoming.
