Apple Adjustable Keyboard

Thinking of picking one of these up but I see it uses an ADB adapter. Is an ADB to USB adapter all I need? I should add I am probably going to use it for win7 + osx. I realize the keys might not all match up, but will it be usable for typing?
Thanks

It will be usable for typing. They are "low profile" ALPS, not "Bigfoot." I personaly do not care for them.

It should work. The left and right Command keys should map to the Windows keys. Not that the Windows keys would be essential under Windows anyway.
