Weird Mouse Issue

Just got my new Keyboard and I've noticed that my mouse won't work when I start to play a youtube video. The cursor does not move at all until I close the window playing the video. The keyboard works fine though, but this never happen with my old keyboard plugged in. It seems the two may be related somehow.

Does anyone know what may be the cause??

EDIT: Apparently it's not working in games either  :(

Wow.... I seemed to have fixed it by doing the stuff the logitech rep said on this forum:

No, my mouse is wired. I just googled "logitech mouse" in general and his problem popped up. I have this cheapo logitech mouse that I got in a bundle for like $15. At least it's better than my old crappy Dell mouse.

Anyway I hope that doesn't happen every time I turn the computer on, or I guess i'll be ordering a better mouse sooner than I expected.

We'll see :)

Is it a backlit keyboard?  Maybe draining too much power from USB?
