I think there was another Italian or two who joined recently
Filco will be similar to the QFR, Ducky will be almost the same but with backlighting (if you get the backlit model).
All are good, sturdy keyboards.
As for keycaps - the majority (although lately it does seem quite as much so) of Geekhack members seem to originate from the US, or from countries that use the US keyboard layout. However many group buys also include an ISO set.
Have a browse through the current group buys, you might find something that catches your eye.
