Filco MJ2 TKL as 1st Keyboard, Want Full Keycap Replacement
« on: Mon, 07 January 2013, 00:12:59 »
Finally I decided to go with The Filco Majestouch 2 TKL as my first mechanical keyboard.

However, I'm not too fond of the FONT and would like to have PBT keycaps.

Where can I get a full Keycap Replacement set?

Thanks guys.

http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/

does that site let you customize keycap sets because it seems to only allow you to buy entire keyboard with your keycap arrangement. not to mention there is no tenkeyless option

WASD offers full replacements, but they won't be PBT sets.

Ducky offers full PBT sets here.

You could also check out eBay. There are a few sellers from GH that offer PBT sets from their eBay stores.

Sometime in March they are expecting to have a TKL option ready, along with a TKL board.

But to answer your question, yes you can customize caps. Go here and when you finish scroll down a little bit and there will be an option to order just the keys instead of keys + keyboard.

I have a set of dye subbed PBT keycaps from imsto with Cherry replica font, and the quality's pretty much perfect.

Great set, but not cheap; dye subbed never is.  You can save a fair amount if you're willing to go with blank or laser engraved.
