I had the same problems I assume you're having finding a cheaper board in UK layout with brown switches.
I eventually gave up and settled on an MK-50 with red switches and it's OK. It's definitely a budget board, the keycaps wiggle a bit and the whole board flexes if you press on it. The keycaps are also non-standard sizes for the bottom row so you wouldn't be able to replace them easily if you didn't like them (probably not much of a concern on a budget board though). The one with brown switches has been out of stock for over 2 months on OcUK though so I'm not sure if they'll be getting any more in.
The CM Storm QFR gets a lot of recommendations on here and you can get it at Scan with brown switches for under £70:
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/cooler-master-cm-storm-quickfire-rapid-mechanical-cherry-brown-mx-gaming-keyboard. It's also currently out of stock though and doesn't have a numpad if you need one. I do need a numpad so it wasn't an option for me, but if I didn't that would be my choice.
If you do need a numpad and browns you're pretty much limited to an MK-50 for under £70. A Zowie Celeritas would set you back about £100, but then you're getting into high-end Ducky or Filco prices. I'm not sure if you can get the Ducky Zero in UK with browns, that might be worth looking for.
I definitely prefer the browns over the reds though. I bought a Filco with browns for use at work and it feels much better to me. It's all personal preference and what budget you have though.
