Anybody have experience with the Keycool 84? I saw it on Qtan's site and was wondering how the build quality was.

I have had those keyboards. The quality is very good. I sold mine but that wasn't because i was unhappy with the board. It was that i needed the money for school and i also wanted to cut down on my keyboard collection. I think you will love it but i wish i didn't get the backlit keyboard because i don't like the keycaps.

I have an 84, and I have to say that I'm please with it. So far I've had no real issues with it. build quality is exactly what I expect from this keyboard, it's not super amazing like my old Ducky, but then again that was a Full sized layout so it also had more metal and crap to feel sturdier.

I say go for it!

really good, little smaller than the noppoo mini, and mini USB is very convenient for carrying around.
don't get the backlight version since the light is useless, and the backlight keycaps from keycool are not as good as ducky's.

Are there any flipped keycap pictures for the new white PBT version? Or the black POM?

Since we can't mod it entirely, some quality caps would be welcomed.

What profile are the keycaps? OEM, or almost Cherry (like on the choc mini))? Thin, or thick?

So I was able to try out the keycool 84 back-lit. The quality is pretty good. Board felt sturdy and the keycaps weren't that bad. It had a similar feel to my filco. It came with a nice set of various keycaps ( around 10 in all). It also came with a decent carrying bag. Overall, I would buy this again. Unfortunately, I returned it because qtan is selling a non-backlit keyboard with pbt keycaps for a good amount cheaper.

I'm super interested in the white pbt version.
Unfortunately I was not able to find good reviews.

Everyone is like "look man, look, I have a COOL keyboard, look, I'm typing on it now, while filming, I'm cool man".
