New Ducky Shine 2 w/white keycaps - 104 key model
« on: Thu, 21 February 2013, 15:23:26 »
I see that Ducky is releasing (re-releasing?) a Ducky Shine 2 full-size keyboard with white keycaps/black lettering.

I know, not a lot of love for the 104/105 key models, but I like the more _relaxed_ key spacing, and I do use use the number pad once in a while. According to the folks at TigerImports.net, they will be getting this model in soon, along with the Ducky Shine 2 - 78 ( :p ).  No price yet, but I want one.

Meh.

The White on Black TKL that MK sells is not moving - not even Browns!

How about a White 2108 Zero w/ Ducky Dysesub Wyse White/Gray set for under $125?
That White on Black TKL keyboard is the DK9087 G2 Pro - not backlit outside of WASD, but they do come with PBT keycaps which are nice. If Ducky comes out with a Zero TKL, it will be even cheaper, my guess around $60-70 range, and should give the CM QFR some hefty competition.

I think a full white-out Shine II keyboard (TKL especially) would be awesome. And I hope Tiger Imports restocks the Grey and Purple backlit keycaps...

One of the first white keycap backlit keyboards I've seen. Very nice.

dammit nipples!
I just ordered my ducky shine II (Cherry MX Browns) with purple(pink)(magenta)(WHATEVER) LED's
I might just buy their white keycaps with the translucent lettering (I think they have those)
