Looks like they would fit on a cherry switch, but I am unsure what the deal is with the individual rubber domes..

That looks like a buckling rubber sleeve...  more than that I do not know.

Not really those have sharp corner more like Cherry not the soft round corner. Not sure where from but they are neither Cherry nor SP. They should be compatible MX. Though if those are what I think they are, it is a capacitive type sort of similar to old BTC but not crappy feeling. Rubber part acts as spring to reset the key.
