[WTB] WYSE Moogle
« on: Sun, 03 March 2013, 19:34:24 »
Got a WYSE keyboard for keycaps and I had cherry moogles I thought I could use ... but I did not realize how different the fonts were etc.

Anyone looking to sell a WYSE moogle kit?

Kind of a bump - but truly a question.  The WYSE Moogle set from last summer's Group Buy did not include all the keys I will need.

The WYSE keyboard I got was an 840338.  It does not have a full six pack or the row above (print screen, scroll lock, pause break).

Are there other models of WYSE keyboards that have those?

Thanks.

Yes, but I don't have part nos. Off the top of my head.  There's even one that works with a PC.
Filco Majestouch-2 with Cherry Corp. doubleshot keys - Leopold Tenkeyless Tactile Force with Wyse doubleshots - Silicon Graphics 9500900 - WASD V1 - IBM Model M 52G9658 - Noppoo Choc Pro with Cherry lasered PBT keycaps - Wyse 900866-01 - Cherry G80-8200LPBUS/07 - Dell AT101W - several Cherry G81s (future doubleshot donors) (order of current preference) (dang I have too many keyboards, I really only need two)

yes, look into the WYSE 840358-01 such as this one

I have the keys off one of these so I am looking for a moogle as well. I also have some of the keys that need the 9 keys above the arrows plus a lot more modifiers to be a full set like you describe, and I'm afraid there's not much we can do about those at the moment

I would like to see the WYSE 87 project which is currently in IC get off the ground. I am hoping we can include a modifiers only set in that group buy that would help those of us out who already have one of these wyse terminal board sets that need a lot of moogle to be complete

I stay busy with work and family these days, but I'm still around, lurking.
