Does anyone know what adapter i would need to work with a cord like this:

That looks like a RJ-45 connector, used on a lot of older terminal boards (I just bought an IBM Model M with that connector).  You can get an adapter from someplace like Newegg, or just replace the connector with a USB unit.

Depending on how you want to use the keyboard, you may also need to use an adapter to translate the keycodes to something a PC or laptop can read.  Search for Soarer's converter or Teensy board for more info on that option.

... huh, I'm not even sure what kind of keyboard that is exactly. It'd definitely require conversion rather than just adapting. No way in hell it'll just adapt right up.

I'd wager it's serial of some flavor.

i've made a few out of old cherry g81 cables. soldering mini USB is a total pain in the ass :))

buffalo makes coiled cables in a few colors. i have a yellow one for my hhkb.

Yes that is old Apple Macintosh Plus M0110A.

You can get coiled Syba usb-minib cable for like $4 in a bunch of colors too.
