Anyway websites that show how to change a spring on model m?
« on: Sat, 20 April 2013, 14:22:57 »
Just got my ibm model from ebay and it is indeed fantastic. Liking the feel possibly more than my filco... however the delete key just doesn't feel as crisp as the other keys and I'm guessing that it might be a spring thing, so anyone know of any guides in the swapping of springs? Thanks

you need a new spring, remove old spring and insert new spring by pushing down and turning it either clockwise or counter clockwise, you got to sort of test that out on your own.
