WTB: Model M parts (SDL>PS2 cable, specific keycaps)

I prefer to buy from a GH'er for personal reasons*.  Please note at this time I will only be able to mail you a cashier's check/money order instead of paypal as I've had enough of their crap.

I'm looking for the following - hopefully someone out there will have everything:

1 Escape key
1 F4 key
1 Pause-Break key
1 SDL > PS2 cable

Any help would be appreciated.

*Q: Why not Unicomp?
A: Their products are brand new.  It doesn't feel right having a perfectly good used cable or keycaps sitting on a shelf somewhere.  Also, I want original Model M caps.

Q: Why not ClickyKeyboards?
A: Some of the cables look like crap/torn.  They also do not have an Escape key.  I'm trying to get 'one stop shopping.'
