Purple Robots Union Hopefully the day will come when I have that Purple! Still don't know exactly what the name is but there is the  semi-translucent/translucent Purples that Bro showed in one of his pictures, and that is my favorite.

Glissant, I definitely look forward to your album of individual Brobot pictures with great anticipation! Especially dem purpz and pinkz! Going to try take some decent close-ups of my Cotton Candy and Sifo sometime later this week too.

I think an all black set is so much more appealing, it just makes the Bros stand out that much more.

I'm glad I went with MX for the Gold. Brofile is the same as SPH R4 Tall profile so Bro will feel at home among the R4 (and R5 and Penumbra) keycaps. Great design and thoughts there. Did you use the SPH caps as your reference for heights?

didn't realize the steelbot is so huge.  that's topre or mx?  are they the same size?

Thanks. I took it under natural tropical sun light but using crappy iPhone 4s. Who says phone camera is crappy! But I had to angle it a few times so that it doesn't reflect and gave inconsistent shape. Pretty happy with how it turned out too.

The Steel BroBot is Topre. The Gold is MX.

Said it in the other thread but thank you so much for the height comparison with the SPH caps. Not only did I get to see some more bling but also gave me an idea of how tall the SPH caps are. Can't wait for Penumbra!!!

Here's how he looked on a KBT ONI with Brown switch. I'll see if I can put it on a Code Clear this weekend.

Surprisingly, it fits the switch with a nice, audible click. This is unlike the Steel on Topre which can't seem to settle in. When I tried to remove the Gold, I was afraid that I need to pull hard but it turned out to be really easy! Maybe Brown stem is smaller. Should I put in the Clears, which notoriously have a bigger stem?
