Triple monitor help
« on: Thu, 25 April 2013, 23:08:19 »
Running a triple monitor setup using a ATI6970 and win7 pro 64bit

Is there any way to have the middle monitor be the main screen with the start menu starting  and ending on just this screen. Would like to use the left and right as workspace without seeing the startbar run across 3 monitors.

Thanks

if you're maintaining eyeinfinity mode, you cannot disable this
if you're not gonna go with eyeinfinity surround, you can just set the middle as the primary monitor and extend the desktop for the left and right monitors.

Yeah, have primary monitor be the center, and place the other two monitors on each side of the primary as extended.
I made catalyst profiles with keyboard shortcuts so I could switch back and forth between extended triple and single eyefinity setup whenever I wanted.

Download the optional pack on the driver install page. Should come with hydravision so you can designate areas across your entire screen space to use as "other monitors". This was a godsend when I was running eyefinity.
Looking for CC's!
