i cant wait for the international 3 this year. we are going to get some seriously good games out of it.

my favorite heroes are Lich, jakiro, QoP.  But for the last 6 months or so i have pretty much only played Lich. Lich rocks and he is finally getting some pro-gamer play these days!

I'm from SEA too, lets play sometimes :)

Yeah. Alliance is not unstoppable though they have really exotic tactics (tp to rosh, prophet bait to rosh) they're still beatable.
But Alliance can be a contender in the coming TI3 :)

Still, I want a rematch of TI2 and watch Dendi beat the hell out of Ferrari 430 this time :)

I had been keen on carries for a while, but now I like gankers, solo farming too boring :S
Gankers have always been my favourite. Especially nyx. I like carries too but I hate supports.

I like to play a range of all types of heroes. You never know what the team needs and there are cool heros for any archetype. One role that I have been playing a lot lately is the teamfight/initiator/pusher hero, like undying and elder titan. It is a pretty great role to play. They are not those kind of "must go 21/3/12 every game" type of heroes. You typically end up with a ton of assists. But, mostly I want to win games more than anything else. Managing team fights and doing a good job pushing is one of the ways you can easily and consistently contribute to a game.

Am I the only one hoping Alliance loses every match from now on? They play the most boring games I've ever seen. They just split push and avoid teamfights. Sure, they win, but it's boring rat dota.

I'm genuinely sad right now. Not because Na'Vi lost, but because Alliance remains unbeaten. I've said it before and I'll say it again. They play the worst, most boring dota I've ever seen. They just run the same boring, pathetic strat over and over. Split push, avoid teamfights until loda has the farm to kill everyone. Sure, they execute it perfectly and it's winning them games, and I applaud them for that, but honestly they have ruined this tournament for me. It's been far less entertaining, and it's heartbreaking that Na'Vi responded by doing their own version of the pathetic [A] strat in the 2nd game vs Alliance.

What annoys me the most is that Loda actually called Na'Vi out on their amazing, hilarious, entertaining pudge/chen strat, despite the fact that Loda and Akke tried it themselves months ago!

I won't say "**** you Alliance" because I have nothing against their players, except Loda for calling Na'Vi out on the pudge/chen, but I will say this.. **** you Alliance strats.

Teams just need to FORCE a fast tempo to beat alliance (who dropped a map to DK because of this), and end the game fast. OR play super super super conservative and farm up 3 cores, out carry Alliance (which is quite unlikely).

BTW Photekq can you make a dota 2 logo engraved brass key?  :p

Good points about [A]. Correction tho, they lost 1 game from DK. Anyway this has to be [A] vs Na`Vi in the finals.
Though Orange is still a tough fight for them.

I wish the grandfinals would be superb with surprise picks. No alche furion pls!

Also, if you want to beat [A]. you just ban naga.

Call me butthurt, hater, whatever, but Alliance did not deserve to win that match. If it had ended with a teamfight I would've been happy and I would congratulate them. But no, it ended with even more bull**** splitpush.

What a game I must say... But it was NOWHERE close to what IG delivered last year, it was a very, very convincing defeat for Na'Vi. This year? Not so, close match and I am sure that Na'Vi is not convinced by Alliance's victory at all.

I'm a die hard navi fan, but that was very impressive from the Swedes. Let's hope for more games like that!

I'm again on your side. Though the play of s4 on the clutch tp cancels was convincing.
But then again, massive abusing of split push.. Its really effective but I never really liked it.
