good source of cherry stabilizers, as the wide control keys have an extra set.

$20 is a good price of a WYSE KB. They look to be in excellent shape.

I doubt if #2 is doubleshot / cherry black though. I'm almost positive it's a modern RD.

How big would the stabilizer for the spacebar be?

Those are 10-unit stabilizer wires.

I need one of those wires. If anyone is just going to tear one of these apart and not use that thing, let me know. If it happens, that is.

I suspect that these are thin doubleshots from the style of the arrow keys, but I'm not entirely sure.

Thick or thin, Wyse caps are pretty good.

They are just under 10 units. I'll have to doublecheck, but it's 9.75 I think.

You're exactly right for the actual spacebar, of course. However, the stabilizer spacing is the same as for 10-unit.

I was curious because these look like 8x spacebars. Could probably go either way...

Hello guys

these models are sun terminals and do not work with standard ps2 computers, right?

I would be happy to buy one with Cherry switches AND ps2 adaptability, so if any of you is buying 10, sign me up to buy from you!

I offered $19 per board for all 10 this morning. They countered with $30 per board....

There's also this auction: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Various-Used-Wyse-Keyboards-/181140503008?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item2a2cd0b9e0

No option to make an offer but I asked about model numbers and got this response:

"Hi,
I apologize about the delay in getting bac in touch with you.  I had to go open the boxes and search through what we have.  I do have 31 of part number 840358-01, 4 of 840059-01, and 1 of 840338-01.  After opening the boxes, I did notice that most of them do not include the cables.  I did not have that listed on the Ebay listing, but I have edited it now to show that.  If you are still interested in these, let me know how many and what your address is, and I may be able to combine the shipping to help out on the cost some.  I am currently cleaning them up some, but most of these have been around for a while, and are a bit on the dirty/discolored side.  Also keep in mind that I am selling them as-is, so they have not been tested.  Thank you for your interest, and if you have any further questions, feel free to get back in touch with me.  Thank you.  Have a great day."

So I'm not sure if they'll sell for less or not but might be worth an offer for all of them.

Can someone grab an extra keyboard and send me the keycaps?  Shipping for a whole keyboard would be prohibitive :(

Received my board today - for anyone looking for a replacement set of keys and/or parts, it's probably going to be a lot of work.  Most if not all of my keys were pretty yellowed, so you'd need to retrobrite everything, and the entire board had a decent amount of grime on it.  I can hear quite a bit of stuff rattling around in the case when I move it around too, so it makes me wary of the internals as well.  That said, the texture is intact on my keys as far as I can tell, no shinyness at all.  If I didn't already have a good set of WYSE keys, I'd be unsatisfied with the board as a whole, but if you only need the 9key cluster like me, it may or may not be worth it.
