This year I'll be doing a walk to support cancer research. The date of the walk is on Saturday June 8th.

The amount I'm trying to raise is $100. 93 cents of every dollar goes to cancer research.

As far as I know donations are tax deductible so you should get a receipt online.

Now make it rain!

Sadly, I didn't get to this year after moving. But a good cause for sure.

Just a couple days left peoples. BTW: In case you are wondering I don't see a dime of this money - it goes straight to the organization.

AFAIK when you donate you are given the option on whether or not you want your name to be shown on the page. In case that was holding you up also.

I lost my granny to cancer almost 10 years ago and my grand-dad has been fighting it for a few years now so anything to help fight cancer is full of WIN!

More of a walk than a run, which my knees are most thankful for.

Today is the last day I'll be asking for funds. Although I've made goal I'll try to obtain as much as I can before tomorrow. Even one dollar ($1) makes a big difference.

Next year I'll be selling tickets for rare keycaps and such.

Thanks for everyones help this year. Though we lost 8 teams compared to last year we still exceeded our goal of raising $100,000 (last count was $103,000ish)
