PS/2 to USB converter (Blue Cube) problem

Hey,
I'm using my Model M 1391403 from 1988 (German Layout) with my Mac. I got this
http://www.amazon.de/Lindy-Elektronik-42866-USB-PS-Adapter/dp/B00062RXVQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1369306098&sr=8-1&keywords=lindy+ps%2F2+usb+converter
Converter first and every key worked just fine, but it would not let my Mac go to sleep (always trigger a wake command).
So I got this Blue Cube PS/2 Converter and the hibernation problem is gone, but it won't recognize the key next to the left shift-key as what it is, but always type out # (see picture)
Is this a common problem with the "blue cubes"?
