Want to sell the G80-1000HDD in my signature. It's basically a pre-HAD. Received it about a week ago. German ISO layout. An interesting thing is that it does not have a date code yet. Inside, there's a stamp "18. Dez. 1987" Also, the case and build slightly differ from the regular G80-1000 (for example HFD, I have both at home, I will take a few pictures later). For instance, the PCB is glued to the upper part of the case which gives the whole construction a lot more stability, it has different rubber stoppers etc. The KB has black switches (with "small" cherry logo, they have the old black feeling nevertheless). It has no PC/AT switch as usual.
It's in excellent condition, you'd never believe that thing is more than 26 years old. I cleaned the case and keycaps carefully, it also smells like lemons now. Doubleshot keycaps are in good (letters) to new (TenKey) condition. I was joking about the lemon part. As good as new overall - pics when I'm home.
