Thank you... I was cringing the whole time I was writing up the ad for it... I really don't want to be selling any of my keyboards, but my OH is right... I was not going to mod the browns out of that pink Filco, and I still have a bag of vintage Black switches sitting around, so it's good to have a breather and maybe eventually get a Poker to mod or something! (not any time soon!)

The pink looks semi purple, the red looks definitely red.

The pink was kind of a cold pink. Not purple, but a bluish pink. In incandescent light it became warm pink, but I took those photos next to a window. The red is also a colder red.

Thursday Bump!

Filco Cover was refinished in a gunmetal metallic color (black with fine silver sparkle), for neutral with a twist. I actually love it a lot more like that, especially how it goes with white LEDs and the white plate! Photos coming soon!

I sanded and painted the green/blue one. It's the same Filco. I was not entirely happy with how it looked when it was green with the white plate, and based on some comments, the color didn't seem very popular, as many people like plain black or very neutral combinations. So I looked at my more neutral paints (I have a whole shelf of cans, heh) and realized it'd be the perfect combo swapping to the black with silver sparkle.

P.S.: Just added a video, because the color is difficult to describe otherwise.

Thanks. I'm kind of in a bad state over selling my keyboards, because I made a completely customized keyboard for my OH, spending forever on tweaking it the way I thought he'd like it... turns out he just loooves his old wireless rubber dome no matter what. So now I have too many keyboards for myself. I like them all equally, but I picked my 2 favorites in terms of switches and all the work I put into them and added this Ducky to the sale list (even though it's my favorite by appearance), and I'm going to stick with 2 of the remaining keyboards for myself now.
