apparently what they mean by on board memory is non programmable. the memory is the stock configuration as far as I can tell. you cannot burn something custom to the mouse as you could with the g500. am I correct or am I doing something wrong?
never mind. today is my day to be stupid I guess. it dawned on me to unplug and reinsert the usb cable. works fine. it does in fact have one fully customizable on board profile. just as it says. duh. sorry. on the other hand I can imagine there are calls to tech support about this but I personally should know better.
