Wow. This makes the one I turned up look like something that had been rotting in the bottom of a dumpster for years! I'll bet watching this auction with great curiosity.
Apple keyboards of this vintage do not age well, cosmetically at least.
Yellowing supposedly happens from UV exposure, but I doubt that many keyboards see much sunlight.
