Can't post in some threads

Hey I noticed this happened before in the past, where some threads won't allow me to post anything. There are no reply button on the bottom, and I can't quote anyone in the thread. Just letting admins know this is a pretty big bug.

Well, NOW it's locked. But I swear to you before that it wasn't, and still did not let anyone posting anything in it. Btw, this happened late at night in the past where 75% of the threads were like this. This time it looks like only 1 thread has this problem.

The unlock option wasn't there before...it just reappeared and I've unlocked the Simple Questions thread.
