With the USB plug they are sure to be fairly new.

I have 2 of the G80-11900s and they both have PS2 connectors with good dyesub caps, but this sale item is obviously newer.

I have hated every other trackpad I have ever used, but these are sublime.

You won't see vintage switches in anything with winkeys ever. Vintage switch era was 1984-1991 or thereabouts. Still not a bad price if you are after a decent board for the office or something, or some modern black switches for projects.

An 11900 with dyesubs? I have never heard of such a thing.

Also, since these are USB: they are likely to have jumpers, right? Is there a chance for diodes?

You are right, of course.

I am no Cherry expert. My keys are PBT, but do appear to be lasered.

Was additional dye or paint added to darken the legends, or did the process itself cause the color change where the laser hit?

Cherry lasered generally have laser direct burn, they seldom do infill but there are some that exist. 11900 are all with jumper only 2KRO. But, they are one of most solid feeling G80 with the casebody there is not as much flex as others like 3000.

The slow-boat-cheap option for international shipping just doesn't exist any more.

International shipping makes a lot of larger items nearly out of the question.

If anybody can tell me how to ship a keyboard internationally from the US for under $50, I would love to hear about it.

The magic number is keeping it under 4lbs. So that rules out some keyboards right away. But, for most G80 this applies and it cost around $35 to most international with first class parcel.

I thought all cherry's lasered POM is infilled, but do you mean that some of cherry's lasered PBT is infilled as well? Interesting.

Yes. I had some PBT infilled. They were crap, most of infill had fallen out.
