Hi Geekhack forum members, my knowledge about mechanical keyboard is only 1 week, so I'm a newbie here.
Previously I use Microsoft ergonomic keyboard 7000. It's broken because I accidently spill water on it.
So I start looking keyboard on the web, I search best 10 keyboards on google.
I found one of them is Rosewill "mechanical keyboard". The word mechanical keyboard attract my attention.
So I start to search it on google, I found blue switch, brown switch, black switch, and red switch.
I'm curious to know the different feel when pressing the keycaps.
So I went to the store, to try to press the switch.
I only tried blue, brown and red switch, haven't tried black switch.
Between those 3 types of switch, the blue one feels really different with membran keyboard.
It has a nice clicky sound, compared to brown switch, the red switch has most quiet sound.
So I decided to buy Filco Majestouch 2 blue switch with blue casing.
I enjoy typing with it compared to membran keyboard, my typing speed is faster.
The keycaps is easily get shinny after 1 week use, so I want to ask question in a new thread for PBT keycaps.
Now I'm part of Mechanical Keyboard community users, I regret why I don't join earlier
