Don't know anything about that one,  but it looks like it's probably an Alps switch keyboard?

It's an IBM-made board but i can't remember if it is buckling spring or not.

You're all so close. This is "the" Alps buckling spring. The keyboard was manufactured by IBM, and the switch is a little light compared to the traditional BS boards. Its also been mentioned to have a very noticeable click, much like a cherry blue switch.
