Sorry for the delay on getting the order in.  I totaled up the orders in the spreadsheet the way Qwerkeys wanted them done and I kept coming up with a discrepancy of three caps more than the original cap count.  So I took a few days to try and find the gremlin.  I finally found it today and it turns out I counted someone's 4 cap set as a single key cap in the billing process.  So I should have the order in later today and production should start soon, I just had to get that worked out first.

Again, sorry for the delay.  I'm excited to get this in and done, but I also want to make sure I get it right.

Today I was just informed that we have to have a minimum of 50 keycaps in a particular row and color for it to be made.  This was not information given to me at the start (in fact the info I was given sounded much different), so I am sorry for this, but will be doing my best to resolve it in a way that works best for you.  If you're one of those affected, I'll be contacting you and working out a solution with you. 

Hopefully this will all be worked out by the end of the week and we can get things going.  Sorry for the delay, this was outside my hands.  To hopefully help make things a little better, Dan has offered a 20% off coupon for Qwerkeys for those affected that I can get and give to you if you'd like.

I don't really care about the colored caps I have to re-pick but I'm super bummed to hear they can't/won't make the Pac Man dots.

Is it an issue with the colors or quantity ordered, or is it an issue with actually printing the dots? I would be willing to pay extra to get those dots..... If they don't meet the minimum of 50 I would buy the difference myself to make it happen.

Alright, got a timeline.  Dan at Qwerkeys told me he's still trying to get confirmation from the people who make his grey caps, but the general timeline is 3-4 weeks for production and 1-2 weeks for printing.  This includes shipping time.  From there, it will be shipped to Bunny and me.  I will try to get all the orders out within a week of receiving them.  So, fingers crossed, we're looking at hopefully getting everyone's caps out at the end of November or start of December.  This is later than I hoped, but we have a definite timeline now.

Updates will be more spartan now, but I'll try to keep you appraised of where we are in the process.
