i'm sure if it's w/ at&t, it's sold without a contract. you could prob just throw your at&t sim in and have it work as long as you had an existing data plan

You can add it to your existing contract (assuming there is a data plan). You don't need to sign a new one. Basically just swapping out phones.

Too bad the hapster is most likely cherry and I have no use for novelty keys, good offer though cannot fork up the money right at this moment if this was a month in the future there would be more chance.
