It was 10 pm and I confirmed with the seller that I wanted the item. I was mistaken to believe that when I tell you I will take it, I have some buffer time to pay since you confirmed. It was pretty late that night and I did not have the opportunity to browse the forums until the next day. I guess I won't make the mistake to assume I have a day to pay again.

Well anyways, what it boils down to is that you are the seller and can sell that thing to anyone you want. No biggy here, just wanted to clarify.

There were at least 4 people interested in the pad if you look at posts. You should have tried to communicate with him that you wanted time before you sent payment. Most people will pay when they say they will take something and are given a paypal address.

That isn't what it boils down to. Most people here agree with me for one reason and it isn't because they're my support group: when selling items that are of high value, if the person doesn't wish to pay right away, it's probably because they're still undecided. And if they spend the night contemplating, they're probably not going to buy it.

Like someone else mentioned, if I knew I was waiting for something, I would have. There is almost no one who will wait for unspoken times when someone else wants to pay them right now.

Let's see what we can sell today!

First up, an IBM Model F 122 key. I paid more to get this thing, but the pictures that the eBay seller posted made it out to seem completely unscathed. When I received it, I realized this wasn't true. There is a chipped edge, which you can see in the pictures. Thus, the price is dropped accordingly. I have never tested this thing personally, but the seller did say it worked. So it's sort of WYSIWYG. Aside from the chip, it is a very nice keyboard. I really like the feel of the F keys, but I just prefer the looks of my Industrial M. I'd like to ask $100 plus shipping.

Second, the insides of a QFR. PCB, plate, blue switches, and a Frosty Flake (no stock controller). No case, but comes with the original box. Make me an offer?

Retro DSA set - Plum mods. A bunch of extra keys. Some others that you can't see in the picture: spacebars, relegendables, and green WASD/arrows/refresh/geekhack from techkeys. I was saving these for an ErgoDox that I was supposed to get from Gupgup, but I figure after months of waiting through excuses, that thing isn't coming to me and I'm out my money and items. Oh well, right? |:< So these are now up for sale. Plus I can't get my hands on the 2x caps for that supposed ErgoDox anyway... - How about $150 plus shipping?

I really love this thing, and I truly wanted it because I appreciate how much one person put into making it. That being said, it is still in pieces, and I don't think I'll ever put it together (my problem with sooo many things in this game; I miss you, KMAC...). So I'd prefer it be in the hands of someone who will appreciate it as much as I do, while actually doing it service by putting it together and putting it to use. I'd only like to recoup what I spent on it, which was $110 (plus shipping to you).
