but the model and layout look very old. It isn't even a ps2 keyboard, is it? no windows keys? And I wonder what the switches are. Could they possibly be clears?

Wonder where Ivan is. We need some Cherry encyclopedia to come forward and enlighten us.

G80-3190 is the predecessor of 8200/8113. It come with clear switches like beige variant of 8113/8200. As usual, only this board(and 3181/3180) come with beige double shot center stemmed caps lock.

Man... I really want this for the bold-looking beige and gray keycaps, but I recently just got myself a G80-8200.  Anybody up for a trade?

Yes they are a nice board even with it's slightly funny layout. Clears, NKRO, doubleshots and the numpad is all E profile so you can use them as your numrow instead :D. It's a good price. Only warning these are a horrible pain to program as it needs the very old Cherryconf software and must be on 32bit Windows, preferably 9X for best as it basically a DOS utility.

last 3190 went a little too high to consider for harvesting (for me at least) we'll see about these, though.

on the surface, $35 sounds ok.

the $23 shipping is excessive, though. especially for the poor sops living abroad.
