Mint/Seafoam Green
« on: Fri, 02 August 2013, 23:38:58 »
I've been on the look out for any MX caps which fall into that bright green/blue category, kinda like mint green or tiffany blue. Kinda fruitless so far, but here are what I've found so far. I might just have to ask qtan to order some of these for me :S

http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a230r.1.14.245.57GQz6&id=13679246549

http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=2013.1.0.0.nHf2Lb&scm=1007.77.0.0&id=16204448223&pvid=a3c8c8f4-1f21-4062-8d9d-367ab2fbe301&ad_id=&am_id=&cm_id=&pm_id=

Anyone else know of a source for sets of this colour? I know SP does similar colours but buying them individually would cost a fortune.

They're quite nice.  GB, anyone?

I didn't know about the Miami set! :o

Although my current keyboard is has a pink case so it would go well with it, I think it would be too much...

I'm still looking for more mint/seafoam green keys, but it doesn't seem very popular... I see why people make group buys with SP now!

I'd make sure those colors are accurate first.  Taobao listings are infamous for having wildly inaccurate colors in the photos.

Just curious, how would we be able to check the colours? Ask the agent to ask for more pictures?

Or someone take the risk and buy a set.

The colors are very off in that picture, unless if the cardboard is really that color.

This took about 5 seconds and might give you a better idea of the color, it is probably still a bit off because there isn't much reference.

After that tweaking they are looking more like these, just slightly more blue.

I have a new 37 key set in mint green, not seafoam / flourescent though. PM me if you're interested.

That must be nice. My goal would be to have enough for alpha + punctuation, and attempting to get 33 clacks would result in a second mortgage :D
