For sale today I have a Dolch keyboard. The caps are in good condition and it has been modded to Micro USB.

Cable is not included by the way. That one is Photekq's 
I think a fair price is $150 plus shipping. Feel free to throw out an offer though! I'm a reasonable guy and we can work something out.

I forgot I hadn't posted that to Making Stuff Together yet! Basically, the Dolch already speaks over PS/2 if you pull out the RJ45 cable, so I took a PS/2 to USB converter and wired it inside the board. Then I just soldered the converter to a female Micro USB connector and that was it!

And here is a pic after everything was soldered together (except the Micro USB connector)
