My god. I'm in.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Invoices will be sent out after the group buy deadline~
Once the invoices are sent out we'll be giving 1 to 2 weeks to receive payments.
Hope this helps!

In the event that GH keys are approved, will they be included in the base set, or will it be an additional purpose?

A long shot - any chance of a matching Hapster? :)

We'll have to wait for mkawa's response before we can answer that question.
We're not sure who created the Hapster key. If anyone can refer to us the creator, we'd be glad to ask.

Hapster key was i3oiler's thing.
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

Thank you for the clarification!
For now we will just consider the geekhack keycap.
We don't want to turn the group buy into a group buy for single novelty keycaps.
We hope you guys understand.

Actually wasn't is litster who made the first one?

And i3oiler just made a batch of authorised near-copies for retail purposes?

Yeah I'll get both if they're available, I prefer 7U space bars overall.

Since it is not shown in the mockups I assume there is no yellow on black version of the "~" "\" keys to make the set symmetrical?!

Obviously I'll buy it either way but does anybody find it strange that the Del/Ins section doesn't match the colorway of the mods? I always thought this was a pretty universal thing.

This +1 - I much prefer having the option to go with a symmetrical color scheme on the sides.

Debate with who? Internally? Or with interested customers?

I'd guess this would make the set like 3$ more expensive. Totally worth it to have both options available. There is a reason this is a default option in most GBs - I haven't seen anybody complain they get keys they don't need.

I don't have a PP account, but my nephew does, so is it OK for me to order, and arrange payment thru my nephew via PP? Really liking the looks of this set, will prolly buy a used Ducky and spray it yellow. Sprayed a used DK9008 white in preparation of the Miami set.

That is perfectly fine~

Quite a bit of people emailed us when we released the coffee set stating that because the ~ and \ key were not the old traditional style, they did not want to buy it.
We''ve received confirmation and will include both styles(both symmetrical and non symmetrical this time)

We haven't heard back from mkawa so the geekhack keycaps may be a no-go

I guess you won't see actual product photos before this GB is closed. The sets will most certainly be more expensive if you buy them afterwards on their official site...

Here is a comparison photo to help clarify.
The yellow is not an overbearingly neon yellow. It's the same intensity as the Original Awesome Face/Chickobo keycap but with a slightly lighter black.

The top black is the original black used in the Original Awesome Face while the middle black(GX) is the one being used for this group buy.

Hope that helps!

Will there be a round two with black alphas and yellow mods? Or any chance to add those options to this group buy?

I'd be more interested in the Round 2.. give my wallet a break. Too many group buys D:

Once we break even and finish releasing our other products(we've been quite busy with a lot of new products! ;D) we'll be organizing a round 2 for the coffee and inverse bumble bee set.

There will be a round 2 for the coffee set?! I thought this was a one time thing, so I bought it for a premium price. Would not have complained to only pay 72$ for it ;)

Will there be any differences or will it basically be the exact same set?

We didn't expect to run a 2nd round either as the sales were slow but after we finally sold out, we received an immense demand for the restock of coffee sets(over 20 emails).
The 2nd round will be the exact same but with new options like ISO sets, numpad keysets, and center-stemmed keysets.

Yeah, I think the initial price was just a little bit too high. But after you put it on sale it was sold out in a couple of days right?

For those who are concerned the retail price for the Bumble Bee Set on official release is set to be at $90-$95 for just the base set.
We're going to safely say that the geekhack keycap will not be included. Sorry to those who were expecting them!

So no-one else finds it weird that the Del/Ins block is a different color to the rest of the mods?
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.
