is this keyboard mechanical?

Hi, I found one of these on the local CL and i'm not sure if its mechanical or not.
the owner says is mechanical, but the only info online I can read says its a "membrane switch"
this is the only thing online I can find on it.
http://www.ergocanada.com/detailed_specification_pages/dvortyboards_standard_dvorak_keyboard.html
owner says they went out of buiness in the early 00's and its a good price, But the drive to get it is a bit far if it turns out its just a regular membrane.
Any ideas?

Negative it would be rubber dome "membrane" would be the keyword there.

I'D SAY IT'S KINDA HARD TO TELL. THEY DO SAY IT'S A "MEMBRANE" KEYBOARD, SO THERE'S A GOOD CHANCE OF IT BEING A RUBBER DOME BOARD. BUT I GUESS YOU NEVER KNOW TILL YOU SEE IT.

No. You can pull out the keycaps to have a photo of the underneath.

In case of any miscommunication, a photo with key cap removed is the best way to prove that it is mechanical.
