OK, these guys at the Level1 hackerspace in Louisville, have built a 192-key velocity sensitive keyboard,
using two sets of switches:
Cherry keyswitches on top, and tactile pushbutton switches on the bottom
And for bonus points, they are planning to have hexagonal key caps made.
