If more people announce their interest and there is some kind of structure to it then I'd be in, although I don't really play D3 nowadays so if you're just looking for people to play with at random then I'll have to pass.

Keeping my fingers crossed that RoS does for D3 what LoD did for D2, but I strongly feel that D3's loot and stat system is beyond repair at this point and that the game is forever doomed to remain an extremely shallow and predictable version of it's former self. We will see, but Blizzard has been living in a condom for years now and I don't expect any innovation from them at this point.

I don't really play anymore either, I basically sold all my stuff for gold then sold it for some extra money. Bots turned in some extra cash at the start of D3 :P

Have you played Torchlight 2? It's a fantastic Diablo 2 clone that's improved in every way. If you're looking to kill time, it's a really fun hack and slash.

They would have to practically change the whole game, won't happen. I will still probs get the expansion if there's enough content.

All I ever wanted for d3 was a graphic update to d2:lod

Yeah, and you know it was fun start all over for a couple of weeks and then stop for a couple of years, unlike the d3.

Unfortunately my dreams were shattered when I tried starting again with a 1920x1080 monitor, the graphics were unbearably crappy.

I run it in a small window, fullscreen is unbearable.

I think there's an ungraded texture pack for D2 but I can't remember what it's called. People still play D2 also, which is definitely a sign of a great game. I doubt people will still be playing D3 in 2 years, let alone 13.

I think that is mostly due to the ladder system, which I hate that they removed.
